P3ACE strengthens Kissimmee by connecting education to opportunity and transforming community assets into pathways for lifelong success.
The Vision
A thriving Kissimmee where every child and family has access to excellent education, healthcare, meaningful careers, recreation, culture, and a healthy environment, where your ZIP code never sets the limit on your opportunity.
The Approach
We don't operate every program. We connect the pieces, bringing schools, hospitals, businesses, nonprofits, government, and residents to the same table, strengthening what works and building what's missing.
The Promise
A child born in Kissimmee today should be able to attend an excellent school, earn credentials, intern with a technology company, launch a career or business, and raise a family, all right here.
02 · Education
Lake Toho Prep is the foundation of the P3ACE vision: a nonprofit school with biotechnology at the center of its identity.
Students run experiments, monitor water quality, grow food in hydroponic systems, and connect what they learn to the careers emerging around them.

Looking ahead
Long term, P3ACE is exploring an additional advanced-technology nonprofit school, focused on microsensors, semiconductors, healthcare, and agricultural sciences, developed with the School District of Osceola County and industry partners to expand the pipeline around NeoCity Academy, not compete with it.

Lakefront & Ecotourism
The lake is a destination, not a backdrop.
Paddle boats, kayaking, guided nature tours, fishing, and festivals on Lake Tohopekaliga, recreation for residents, a reason for visitors to explore past the tourism corridor, and a living laboratory for student environmental research.

A Shaded, Walkable Core
Solar canopies over walkways, utility lines coordinated instead of ad hoc, and trees planted where they'll actually thrive. Shade built in as infrastructure, not decoration added at the end.

Kissimmee's medical district keeps growing. Pair it with longer-stay, multilingual-friendly lodging and a food scene built around local and international flavors, so a visit becomes a reason to stay downtown, not just pass through.
A Lakefront Worth a Full Day
Breakfast on the water, an afternoon of kayaking or a guided eco-tour, a sunset cruise to close it out. Connected by trail and transit, Lake Tohopekaliga becomes downtown's second main street.
Today and Tomorrow
A free electric shuttle already connects SunRail, the medical district, downtown and the lakefront. Next: longer hours, wider coverage, event-day loops, and room to pilot autonomous shuttles as that technology matures locally.
