04·Our vision
Building a Cradle-to-Career Ecosystem.
Connecting education, opportunity, and community, piece by piece.
Long-term conceptThe Medical Arts Education & Innovation Campus is a working concept in progress. We're actively seeking grants, donors, and partners, from architects and surveyors to health systems, to make it real. Help build it →
From first experiment to first career.
Peace by Piece envisions an integrated educational ecosystem where students discover their interests, develop practical skills, explore career pathways, and connect with opportunities that extend well beyond the classroom.
Through biotechnology, healthcare, agriculture, culinary arts, athletics, skilled trades, entrepreneurship, and the arts, our vision brings education and community together in one shared environment. By connecting schools, employers, mentors, and community organizations, we aim to create meaningful pathways from early learning to lifelong success.
- Early grades Early STEM exploration
- Grades 9–12 Lake Toho Prep Where we begin
- Upper grades Advanced STEM & NeoCity pathways
- After high school College & technical education
- Hands-on Industry credentials, research & internships
- Working life Careers in Osceola County
- Lifelong Entrepreneurship
Tomorrow's technology is being built in our county.
NeoCity, Osceola County's technology district, is growing around semiconductors, microsensors, photonics, and advanced research. Those industries will need people, and the students who fill those jobs should be able to grow up here.
We want Kissimmee students to see advanced technology as something happening in their own county, not somewhere else, and to arrive ready for it.
- Biotechnology
- Semiconductors
- Microsensors
- Photonics
- Engineering
- Robotics & automation
- Advanced manufacturing
- AI & data science
- Healthcare technology
- Environmental technology
Long-term conceptA long-term pathway we hope to build with the School District of Osceola County, NeoCity Academy, colleges, and industry, complementing existing programs, not competing with them. Not a partnership today.

Piece 1 of 7
Biotechnology high school
The anchor. A focused high school where students practice science instead of memorizing it, with lab time built into the week.
Learning that leads somewhere real.
Today a student in Kissimmee can love biology and still have no idea what a lab technician, a respiratory therapist, or a clinical researcher does all day. The campus closes that gap by putting the classroom, the lab, the clinic, and the kitchen a short walk apart.
- 8:00 Learn it
Biology and chemistry in a small, focused classroom.
- 1:00 Practice it
The same science, hands-on in a lab or simulation room.
- 3:30 See where it goes
Meet the employers and mentors who hire for it.
- 7:00 Share it
The gym and commons stay open for families, evenings and weekends.

The neighborhood it could anchor.
A campus doesn't stop at its fence. We imagine the blocks around it built for Florida: shade overhead, power from the sun, small storefronts at street level, and quiet electric shuttles that get students to class and to work.
Long-term conceptAn idea we're advocating for with the city and partners, not a Peace by Piece project.
- 1Solar shade canopies
Shade and clean power over sidewalks, bus stops, and play areas.
- 2Microbusiness storefronts
Ground-floor space sized for student ventures and neighborhood businesses.
- 3Autonomous EV shuttles
Quiet, on-demand electric rides between home, school, and work.
- 4Shaded, walkable streets
Trees, canopies, and short blocks built for Florida heat.

Private. Connected.
Kissimmee Gateway Airport ISM
Private and charter aviation, right here in Kissimmee. Executives, partners, and visiting guests can fly in on their own schedule, land on a 6,001-foot runway, and skip the drive in from a commercial hub.
- Runway 15/33
- 6,001 ft
- Airfield

Where this really stands.
The campus is an idea today. Getting from an idea to a first day of class means passing four gates, in order, and we'll show our progress here at every one.
-
Gate 1We are here
Idea & feasibility
Is it needed, can it work, and where could it go? Community input and early partner conversations.
-
Gate 2
Design & approvals
A master plan, a real budget, and permission from the city and county to build it.
-
Gate 3
Funding
A capital campaign, grants, and partner investment to pay for it, before ground is broken.
-
Gate 4
Construction
Building in phases, and opening each piece to students as it's ready.
- Stage
- Concept and early planning
- Site
- To be determined
- Funding
- Actively seeking grants and donors
- Approvals
- Follow design, in Gate 2
- Partners
- Seeking architects, surveyors, and health partners
